Stand Up for Science 2025: A National Day of Action

On March 7, 2025, people across the country will unite for Stand Up for Science, a national day of action advocating for science as a public good and a pillar of democracy. From Washington, DC, to state capitals and local cities, this movement calls for government support of science, protection against censorship, and the defense of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) in research and education.

Inspired by the 2017 March for Science, this rally pushes back against political interference and urges policymakers and institutions to uphold the integrity, accessibility, and impact of science for all.
